Finally, a Sweet Society YOU can become a part of!

Sweet Society, located in the Electric Depot, is a Japanese Dessert Spot that has Vibrant Vibes and even more Vibrant Snacks. I got the Hokkaido Milk X Ube soft serve Taiyaki. The warmth of the Taiyaki paired with the cool smoothness of the soft serve makes for an interesting way to prevent brain freeze. The Swirl flavors paired extremely well. The Hokkaido Milk brought creaminess while the ube complimented the dish with its smoothness. I know sometimes you have had soft serve where it was plagued with icy bits, but Sweet Society made sure that isn’t the case here. The Crushed oreo topping gave a nice oreo crisp that I feel paired well with this! Lastly that Tayaki!!! I got it with Custard and I can tell I was getting a good custard when I saw those beautiful black specs of vanilla bean goodness! The custard was flavored really well! This is deff better than anything I have had in a long time! If yall are ever in Baton Rouge you need to try this spot out asap and become part of the Sweet Society. Don’t walk, run and get you an awesome taiyaki and some soft serve!
