Tony Rodrigue
Growing up in the hospitality industry (and with an Italian mother), I developed a passion for cooking at an early age which lead me to become a chef. After working in many kitchens, including MMI Culinary, Austin’s, and Mizado, I became the Executive Chef of Bayou Oaks in City Park. After a few years at City Park, I now hold the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Acme Oyster House’s corporate office. People are always asking me for good restaurant and bar recommendations. In a city like New Orleans you can’t go wrong!
Jack Walker
Growing up in Ville Platte, Louisiana, Jack was surrounded by great food and the Cajun culture. His desire for food stems from family gatherings and joyful occasions spent with music, laughter and everyone pitching in to create a huge pot of boiled crawfish. Today, Jack lives in the French Quarter, the heart of New Orleans. He spends most of his time building his family’s brand, Slap Ya Mama. When not at work, Jack enjoys his time playing golf, cooking, and exploring the huge variety of restaurants that New Orleans has to offer.
