Oh no, do you have to Quarantine for 14 days? Having Coronavirus is already stressful enough, but isolating yourself at home can affect your mental, emotional, and physical health. Loneliness, boredom, and sedentary living are just a few of the obstacles to overcome during isolation. Here are some ways to pass during your self-quarantine.  

REST UP AND GET BACK HEALTHY  

If you feel fine with no symptoms that is amazing keep an eye on yourself in the meantime, you never know what may change during your quarantine. If you do feel bad rest, take your meds get your strength back.

Making a Tik-Tok will give you a reason to dress up and get moving.
